Article Processing Charges (APC):

The journal charges a publication fee of 375 Libyan Dinars (LYD) for each research paper accepted for publication. The fee covers the costs of peer review, editing, production, electronic publishing, and DOI assignment. There is no submission fee; the fee is due only after a paper is accepted.

Charges are clearly announced to authors before submission, and there are no hidden fees. Fee reductions or waivers may be considered by the Editorial Board in special cases.

Ownership & Funding Sources:

The journal is owned and funded by the Libyan Association for the Paths of Knowledge, together with publication fees. The journal may accept support and donations in a manner that does not affect editorial independence or the criteria for accepting manuscripts.
